TERMS OF SERVICE

✦ Agreement ✦

***Please read***

Please read carefully to facilitate the work and commission decision of everyone. If you have any questions or concerns, you can ask through the contact channels.

  • Deciding to hire commission. That means you automatically agree to all of these terms.

  • ​I can refuse commissions. If details are beyond my capabilities or violate the agreement set out, But you can still change details to meet the agreements.

  • Do not claim to be the artist. Please credit the artist PuTai22

​

  • I am unable to accommodate rush commission within 1-2 days. My typical turnaround time for commission is 3-14 days, depending on the scope of the work.

 

  • All artwork will be posted on my social media with a watermark to promote. If you prefer not to have it posted, or if you have other surprise posting plans, please let us know before the completion of the work.

  • Commercial use of my commissions is not allowed without prior notification. If you wish to use the artwork commercially, a fee of double the original commission price.

  • The prices shown are starting prices only may increase depending on the complexity of the project. This could include factors such as character designs, intricate clothing details, or detailed backgrounds.

  • Regarding request edits and fixes. unlimited minor adjustments can be made during the sketch - pose stage. Once we proceed to line art and coloring, request edits are limited to 3 times per commission. Any additional edits beyond this limit will incur an extra charge based on the specific changes requested. Please note that edits will not be accepted after the final artwork is completed. We kindly ask you to thoroughly review the artwork before confirming.​​

*I will not accept excessive edits, such as changing character outfits, backgrounds, poses, or characters.*

  • I only accept commissions that feature at least one character. I do not do backgrounds or isolated body parts.

  • All commissions should include a reference of the character. If a visual reference is unavailable, a detailed written description or a similar reference image can be provided. However, please note that I may need to adjust the price based on the complexity of the character details (which would then be considered a character design commission.)

  • I will address each task based on the reservation queue. I will only work on the next queue if the previous queue has not reply. Once the previous queue reply, I will immediately return to working on the original queue. I will work on a maximum of three queues simultaneously.

  • Fetish/Vore/Foot Fetish/Hyper Body

  • NSFW 18+

  • Characters in military uniforms / armor / guns

  • More than 6 characters

  • Violence or other dark themes, but must be images in stories or fictional stories only

  • The character Bara is muscular, but not hyper

*NSFW Gore I can be draw. But will charge an additional price according to the difficulty - ease of the commission work*

Required for Commission :          

  • Type of commission and desired character scale.

  • Character pose, emotion, and facial expression.

  • Character reference, including clothing and accessories.

  • Background, time of day, and location

1. After receiving brief, I will draw a rough sketch to provide an overview of the entire work.
2. After a rough sketch has been approved, will the full payment be due, or 50% be required before the next step commences
3. I will send you a detailed sketch for your confirmation. At this stage, unlimited revisions. 
4. Inking and base coloring process before sending it for your review. Please note that after this stage, you will have 3 edits available.
5. After completing, I will send the images for your review to ensure accuracy before sending them via email.

  • Don't pay before I confirm.

  • Please transfer the payment within 7 days of confirming the rough sketch. Otherwise, I reserves the right to use the sketch for other projects. However, if you are unable to make the payment within 7 days, please inform us and request a payment extension.

  • No refunds will be issued once the detailed sketch has been revised or confirmed. However, if you encounter personal issues or have specific needs regarding this matter, we are open to discussing alternative arrangements.
